Welcome! I’m so happy that you stumbled upon my site and want to learn more about why I am here.
I am Jenna, a simply working mama who is an Elementary Literacy Coach, a Family Literacy Education Consultant, and above all else, a mama who is trying to figure out how to balance all of life’s little messes. Through my Masters Degree and post-graduate certifications, I specialize in early language development and literacy skills and supporting emerging and struggling readers.
Early language and literacy skills can start in the womb and as your baby absorbs the environment around them, they are exponentially expanding the skills they need to be successful. Providing a strong foundation is essential to setting your child up for success and to not be frustrated when they enter school.
We all know ho hard this mama thing is and how sometimes it’s all we can do to make it to naptime or bedtime just out of sheer exhaustion. You are amazing in all that you do for your little one. And if there ever was a multitasking superstar, it would be you! Let me help you by being your go-to resource. I continuously research the most dynamic and effective ways to help your child develop the skills they need to succeed.
I’m here to empower you, support you, and help you find ways to make meaningful connections with your little on through simple, engaging, and intentional language and literacy activities. My at-home tips and activities are the perfect way to strengthen the bond you have with your child and proactively prepare them for reading success in their future or present school career.
